Urban Queen, fw14/15

[ENG] Have you ever been amazed? I mean really amazed? Stoned with inspiration and creativity just by standing in one place. Breathing the air of that place, looking at the people, the lights, hearing the noise and feeling the vibration of everything around you. Well that's what New York City did to me. After a long time not feeling inspired, then BOOM! I used to think fashion designers that get inspiration from New York and Paris are just being clicheic, until I saw, or in better words - felt, the effect of that place. I can't wait to see what Paris does to me in this case.



So, cliche or not, that resulted in a fall-winter collection for this season of 2014-2015.

It's a small ten looks collection, with a urban style written all over it. But wait! It's not the minimalist urban style we're used to see, all dark and grey. My urban style is spiced with glam and glitter and has also a gothic vibe, Made you curious? I'll leave you with some inspiration pictures and some pics from the process also. The lookbook of the collection will soon arrive. So bare with me!

[RO] Ați fost vreodată uimiți? Uimiți și cu răsuflarea tăiată? Drogați de inspirație și creativitate doar aflându-vă într-un loc anume? Acesta a fost efectul New Yorkului asupra mea. După o vreme îndelungată în care nu am simțit nimic, BOOM! Obișnuiam să cred că designerii care au colecții inspirate din Paris sau New York sunt un clișeu, până am văzut, sau mai bine spus am simțit,  ce efect are asupra mea. În acest caz abia aștept să vad ce-mi face Parisul!

Deci clișeu sau nu, asta a rezultat într-o mini-colecție de zece ținute, cu un stil urban simțindu-se din abundență. Însă nu e stilul urban minimalist și în nuanțe închise. Al meu e presărat cu glam, sclipici și un strop de gotic. Sunteți deja curioși? Eu vă las cu câteva poze de inpirație și din procesul de creație. Urmând ca și lookbookul colecției să apară în curând.

Urban-glam stropit cu elemente arhitecturale din baroc și gotic, inspirat din locul în care urbanul se îmbină cu libertate, nou, vechi, lumini și zgomot.- New York.
